Our 2nd Annual "Santa Claws" Event

Thank you to all who came out to the 2nd Annual Santa Claws Holiday Fundraiser (Dec. 5th, 2009) or purchased raffle tickets/made donations instead!   With your support, it was a great success and many street cats will benefit from this event.  

The Winner of our Grand Prize in our Raffle was Ben Rafanello of Round Rock, TX!  There were nine winners of fabulous prizes, that will be posted soon!

We had a great time raising lots of money to help offset our costs and to help more cats from the Streets! There was a Grand Raffle, Great silent auction, Great Food, Music, Dancing and more!  We couldn't have done it without  Street Cat Rescue's wonderful Volunteers and Donors.  A special thank you to:

Trapping Classes Offered

NBC covers TNR

Local news station NBC 4 (KXAN) ran a story this AM about Round Rock legalizing TNR. The video is no longer available- The short story interviewed founder Donna Powell and two Round Rock residents that Street Cat Rescue helped with TNR.  It showed the residents very pleased with this option and their healthy ferals that they feed everyday.
