All tickets must be received by drawing date and time. Each ticket is a separate and equal chance of winning. Street Cat Rescue will appoint an individual to manage all tickets purchased and who will under oath at the time of drawing, certify that all tickets purchased have their stub in the barrel from which the ticket will be drawn. Tickets may be purchased in person, or by telephone .Tickets purchased by phone will have the option of picking up the tickets to be brought to the drawing at the event, or choosing a representative of Street Cat Rescue to fill inthe information and have that representative place the stub in the barrel. Winners not present will be notified by phone or by email. In the event a prize is not claimed within 30 days, a subsequent winner will be drawn from the remaining ticket stubs. Winner agrees to the use of his/her name, photograph and statements for use of publicity for Street Cat Rescue. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
