Street Cat Rescue's Mission: 

-   Trap/Neuter/Return (TNR) of Stray and Feral Cats in the Austin,TX area.
-  Adoptions of Socialized Cats and Kittens from Feral Cats.
-  Providing Help for Sick and Injured Cats and Helping People Keep their Pets.
 -  Educating/Training the Public on TNR and the importance of Spaying and Neutering Pets.
-  Providing a sanctuary for many hard to adopt cats including Leukemia positive cats.

Note: Who is that Cat in the Bluebonnets? "Frankie" named by Donna Powell, founder of Street Cat Rescue, passed away suddenly on Labor Day Weekend 2007, at the age of three.  He was a very special cat and was inspiration behind the formation of Street Cat Rescue.
